Hi, Hello Welcome to priya's kitchen today am gonna show you delicious bread utaapam.

its very easy to make Ingredients : finely chopped color capsicum while eating it gives crunchy taste and flavor or its optional finely chopped green chilli -1 finely chopped onion(little amount) white bread slices -4 trim four sides i take whole bread or -if you want different shapes cut into shapes (square, circle, heart) using shape cutter finely chopped tomato (small amout) small cup of curd same amount of sujii (r) rava (R) semolina salt to taste take a bowl transfer rava into bowl add salt to taste mix it well add equal amount of curd without adding water make a thick batter consistency beat it well keep it aside for 2 min after 2 min it looks thick batter Add finely chopped capsicum green chilli onion tomato gently mix it all together if u want add more veggies carrot, beetroot,spinach finely chopped (r) grated well and add this batter take a pan or griddle apply oil(r) ghee(r) butter take one slice of bread grease this batter on top of bread slices apply little bit of oil keep that bread slices into pan press it evenly then only it cooks all side it will take time to cook if you need more oil pour it on all sides flip into other side we will get colorful healthy breakfast ready if you want eat like this or else you can eat with any sauce Thanks for watching my video friends.
